Deutsche Grammophon
Berlin / Germany
The history of Deutsche Grammophon dates back to the very first sound recordings. Today it is part of the Universal Music Group, and with 350 artists under contract and countless awards and distinctions it is the biggest label in classical music. To mark the label's move from Hamburg to Berlin, Naroska designed and realised a permanent exhibition to be displayed in the new space. The exhibition tells the story of Deutsche Grammophon by showing the names of its 350 artists in aesthetically designed lettering.

Wystube Isebähnli
Zürich / Schweiz
The Wystube Isebähnli in Zurich was a popular student bar in the 1960s and 70s. It fell out of fashion, and for years it was more or less forgotten until a new owner awakened it from its slumber and gave it a new life. The architecture of the little wine bar has been restored to its original rustic appearance, but the menu has been upgraded with award-winning cuisine and a wine list of international standing. In reference to the origins of the Isebähnli bar (a "Bähnli" is a small railway line), the design of the business cards and vouchers was based on historic Swiss train tickets.

Gregory Crewdson
Germany / USA
Emptiness, loneliness, stagnation and paranoia – Gregory Crewdson's immaculately composed, cryptic photographs turn the American dream, locked somewhere between utter normality and complete nightmare, inside out. Teeming with Hollywood references, Crewdson's work continues the tradition of staged photography. The accompanying book In a "Lonely Place", published by Hatje Cantz Verlag, echoes Crewdson's pictures in its design. It became a bestseller almost as soon as it hit the shelves.
