In the Organic Distillery, the family-owned distillery on Lake Constance, Christine Brugger combines her knowledge as a sensory scientist with the traditional distillation craft. At the fruit farm Brugger on Lake Constance fruit spirits are distilled for a hundred years in 4th generation. Christine Brugger founded the Organic Distillery there in 2014, combining pioneering ideas and methods with science and crafts. Christine Brugger has been accompanying the fragrance of apple blossoms and wild herbs ever since she was little. This world of fragrances and aromas becomes the passion of the sensory scientist. In addition to passion, her many years of experience in the field of sensors drive for exceptionally complex distillates. The fragrances and aromas are gently captured in the Organic Distillery and the distillates are carefully hand-bottled and labeled by hand.
